European and Latin American Technology Based Business Network (ELAN Network) is an initiative funded by the European Union with the main objective to generate Technology Based Business Opportunities (TBBOs) between European and Latin American SMEs, as well as the generation of strategic alliances with multiplier effects between different actors of the innovation ecosystem in both continents. Tecnalia as general coordinator and ProMéxico as the Country Coordinator, collaborate to implement the initiative in Mexico, specifically in the sectors of intelligent tourism and the automotive industry.


ELAN Network provides possibilities for collaboration, co-generation, and development of business opportunities based on technology between Latin America and Europe, whose main objective is to connect European and, in this case, Mexican companies, through business meetings on national territory, connecting the supply and demand of technology in the intelligent tourism and automotive sectors.

Founded in 1945, the Mexican Association of Automobile Dealers (AMDA) groups 1,800 dealerships established in the 210 most important cities. The CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND TECHNOLOGY MEXICO CHINA is:

The United States-Mexico Chamber of Commerce (USMCOC) was founded in Washington D.C. In 1973 by a group of Mexican and American entrepreneurs as a non-profit business association, with the purpose of promoting commercial, investment and partnership relations between Mexican and US companies.
